This laundromat is easily the best in the area. The machines are always clean, everything runs smoothly, and the staff really cares. They did a great job with my wash—fast, neat, and exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Laundromatic NYC for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. Scheduling a pickup is super easy, and they’re always on time—both for pick-up and delivery. What really stands out about Manor Laundromat is how clean it is. The floors, folding tables, and machines are always well kept, which makes spending time there much more comfortable. It doesn’t just look clean you can tell the place is genuinely cared for. That attention shows in the small details, and it gives customers peace of mind knowing they can set their clothes down or use the machines without worrying about dirt or neglect.

tried many laundry pickup & delivery service, most of them are either inconsistently late for pickup/delivery, lack communication, or didn't clean/fold my clothes right. gave this store a try & my 1st bag of laundry came back nice, clean & well folded. biggest thing that won me over is the communication, abir consistently gave me updates & eta via texts for our drop off/delivery, as a busy INTJ, most of the times i can't be talking on the phone but greatly appreciates communicating through texts, i appreciate yall & will be a loyal customer from now on, thank you. 🥺

Laundromatic NYC is AMAZING! I've used multiple laundry delivery services throughout the last five years, and Laundromatic is certainly the best service and value. The pickup and delivery is always smooth and on-time, and the delivery drivers are friendly. Clothes always arrive perfectly clean and smelling so fresh. Highly recommend!!!

Laundromatic is the best! We use the pickup and delivery service through the app, CleanCloud, and Abir and team are always incredibly friendly, very professional and our clothes smell amazing every time they come back. We have had no issues with them and they are very flexible with our schedule. Highly recommend!!

I've used this place multiple times and they never fail me. Abir who picks up and delivers the laundry is very friendly and extremely accommodating. Honestly, if I had my own laundry, I'm pretty sure I would still use this service. I would 100% recommend this to anyone!

Since moving to this country from a place where having a washer and dryer at home is normal, adjusting to apartment living without that convenience was definitely a change for me. Finding Laundromatic NYC was honestly refreshing. From day one, the service has stood out especially one of the ladies who wears glasses and a hijab. I told her my name once, and she has never forgotten it. That kind of personal touch means so much. It’s rare to find people who genuinely make you feel seen and valued as a customer. I won’t say every interaction has been perfect I did experience a negative moment with a gentleman there and reported it but this particular staff member consistently goes above and beyond. My uniforms always come back fresh, neatly folded, and never wrinkled or crinkled. I can literally grab any one of them and put it straight on. It’s the little things that make a big difference. Her consistency, professionalism, and kindness deserve recognition. Thank you for what you do day in and day out.
